Allyson Roche
Allyson Roche is a writer, collage artist, and actor based in NYC. Her writing has appeared in Mister Magazine, Inside Voice, The Cry Lounge, and Neologism. She's a UCLA graduate with a B.A. in English, and her Honors Research Thesis, "'Between Gloom and Laughter': Female Longing, Unhappiness, and Structures of Absence in the Works of Virginia Woolf" won UCLA's 2023 Thompson Prize for Best Honors Thesis. She is currently researching aesthetics of unfinishedness in modernist women's writing.
